Every Christmas Story Ever Told
- By Michael Carleton, James FitzGerald
and John K. Alvarez
November 16 - December 15
Instead of performing Charles Dickens’ beloved holiday classic for the umpteenth time, three actors decide to perform every Christmas story ever told -- plus Christmas traditions from around the world, seasonal icons from ancient times to topical pop-culture, and every carol ever sung. A madcap romp through the holiday season!

Paul Sutherland
Director
This is Paul’s first directing project for Central Alberta Theatre’s Christmas show. You’ll probably recognize him as Dr John Watson in the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes series. He has performed with Ignition Theatre, Northern Light Theatre, Sage, and Prime Stock Theatre. Paul is also the co-artistic director of Improv Jelly. He hopes this show is a reprieve from the stresses of the holiday season.
Lucas Hayden
Stage Manager
Lucas Hayden is excited to be the assistant stage manager for the first dinner theatre of the 2018-19 season with C.A.T. He has been a member since last season and is so proud to be a part of the theatre company that his Great Grandmother helped found (Eileen Watson). Not forgetting to mention that Lucas serves his volunteer time on the board of directors as the VP of Training. Lucas is an improviser and performs with Improv Jelly. Lucas would like to thank Braden Guido and Nicole Leal for being his guides and mentors for this dinner theatre production, and he hopes you all enjoy the show.
Isaac Rice
as - Isaac
This is Isaac's first show with Central Alberta Theatre, but you can see him performing with Improv Jelly on the Nickle Studio stage. He'd like to thank the director (Paul Sutherland), the technicians and crew, as well as his fellow cast members.
Blaine Newton
as - Blaine
Blaine is an actor, playwright, improviser and sometime engineer. In addition to CAT, he’s also a cast member of Red Deer’s Improv Jelly and Edmonton's Rapid Fire Theatre. This, combined with his engineering training, allows him to alter current reality by day while creating alternate realities at night. Blaine is pleased to be on stage again with CAT, now that the restraining order has been lifted.
Eric Wilkinson
as - Eric
Eric is a recent graduate of Lindsay Thurber. This is his first show with Central Alberta Theatre. Eric is also a member of Improv Jelly alongside his castmates, director, and stage manager. He would like to wish you a happy holiday and hopes you enjoy the show.
